“do-it-yourself” person. I put on my
“Buyer’s Eyes” and together, we’ll
assess and prioritize what needs to be
accomplished, to sell your home for top
dollar. We’ll start at the sidewalk and
move through the home, one room at a
time, keeping your budget in mind.

be ready for buyers to take notice!
Vacant Home Staging - Our
Specialty!
A luxurious master bedroom and bath that
invites you in; a child’s room that’s the

arrangement, address clutter, placement of
pictures and accent pieces, to make each
room look its best. If you have a room that
needs to be furnished, furnishings are
available for rent. We can also provide a
detailed list of any follow-up work that
should be finished before your first open
house.

Your Transition Home Design consultant
is a “Shopping Diva” and knows where to
get the most ‘bang for your buck’. You
and your consultant will outline a
shopping list and agree on a budget,
prior to shopping day. Only keep what
you like, that looks good in your home.

your new home, move in with the help of
Transitions Home Design. Good furniture
placement is an art form; it enhances
the ‘open’ feel and ‘flow’ of a home,
while creating harmony and balance. Let
THD help reduce the stress of a stress
packed day. Depend on us to suggest
placement, as movers deliver your
furniture. Once you’ve had a chance to
unpack, schedule a second session for
hanging artwork and placing
accessories. You’re going to love your
new home!
